Phase 1 · Regional addenda V1.3
Eight more jurisdictions. Same two ZIPs.
Control words, who consents, what the asset is called, one clause. Not a translation of the handbook. Not a settings pack for Spanish limestone.
Full country sheets live in the Phase 1 Toolkit ZIP. This page is an index of what the ZIP actually contains — not the PDFs, and not a paste-in substitute.

EN
United Kingdom
English is the control language of the ZIP. Other addenda translate the controls, not the gun.
DE
Germany
Denkmalschutz is Land law. Write to the Untere Behörde, not to a generic 'CO'.
IT
Italy
Write to the Soprintendenza. A comune office is not a substitute for the vincolo.
PL
Poland
WKZ issues the permit. A municipal office is not the konserwator.
HU
Hungary
Write to the örökségvédelmi hatóság. Forster as an address is out of date.
V1.3 — INCLUDED IN THE TOOLKIT ZIP
ES
Spain
Spain is autonomous-community law. Write to the comisión, not to a UK-style CO.
PT
Portugal
Classified fabric goes through Património Cultural, I.P. A tourist-office clean is not consent.
EL
Greece
The Ephorate consents. FORTH papers prove the method exists. They are not this specification.
CS
Czechia
NPÚ advises. The orgán památkové péče binds. Sandstone still gets a hold point.
NL
Netherlands
The gemeente permits. RCE advises. Arbo still holds the exclusion.
SV
Sweden
Nordic conservation lasers are leaving the lab. Länsstyrelsen still has to permit the building.
RO
Romania
Historic centres are being funded. The aviz still comes before the beam.
EN
Ireland
Same language. Different statute. Protected Structure is not a listed building.
Glossaries in the ZIP cover DE / IT / FR and PL / HU / HR. FR and HR are control-word lists. They are not country addendum PDFs.
The addenda live in the Phase 1 Toolkit. Still £199 no VAT. Still one ZIP.
