Natural Stone Craft sells the documents that keep a laser off listed fabric until the method is agreed. We do not sell a magic setting, a curtain with a weak certificate, or a cheap machine on the other domain.

Name the operation
Pulsed fibre-laser cleaning of historic fabric is a named specialist operation. It is not “the contractor’s usual clean” and it is not a workshop rust job moved onto a church.

Write the control, not the pulse
The specification agrees method, exclusion, records and a named operator. Parameters are a record of a test panel. They are not a target in the spec, and they are not sold on this site.

Panel. Hold point. Then area.
A discreet panel, photographed to a photo standard, left for the CA. No bay is cleaned because the panel looked fine to the operator.

Stop-work is a procedure
Key out. Cap on. Write the reason. Named person restarts. If the loudest person on the scaffold can override that, you do not have stop-work.

Records travel with the file
Daily record, issue sheet, photographs, Local Rules, pre-inspection condition record. If it is not in the health and safety file, it did not happen.
