Heritage Gravestones & Monuments Pack
For historic gravestones, tombs and monuments in churchyards, cemeteries and burial grounds in Scotland, Wales and England. Who owns the memorial, who must agree, whether it is stable enough to touch, which method to trial, how to protect lettering, lead and living growth, and what to hand back to the family. It adds the memorial-specific records on top of Phase 1 and a Phase 2-style site setup.

Who this is for
Grave owners and families, councils' bereavement services, churches, trusts, friends groups and contractors cleaning or recording historic memorials.
Works best with Phase 1 (Local Rules, Handbook) and Phase 2 (site day papers). It does not replace either. Most memorial cleaning is water and soft brush; laser is one option among several. If laser is in your trial plan, the Phase 1 Local Rules and your LPA's hazard-distance and eyewear calculation still apply.

What it is not
- Not a method that will work on your memorial. No laser settings, hazard distances, eyewear LB numbers, product recommendations, biocide dilutions or dwell times, load-test figures or prices. Does not tell you whether a memorial is safe or whether consent is needed. Fixing and foundations are memorial masonry (BS 8415), not this pack. Northern Ireland is not covered.
