Terms, licence and liability

Who we are

Natural Stone Craft is a trading name of Rory J Dench, sole trader, 5a Gartness Mill Cottages, Gartness, Balfron Station, Glasgow G63 0NJ. Email: [email protected]. Not VAT registered; no VAT is charged.

What you buy

Digital document packs supplied as ZIP files: the Phase 1 Toolkit (£199), the Phase 2 Site Pack (£349), both as a bundle of two separate ZIPs (£499), and the Fire Damage Site Pack (£149, or £99 as an add-on with the Phase 2 Site Pack), and the Heritage Graffiti Removal Pack (£149, or £99 as an add-on with the Phase 2 Site Pack), and the Heritage Gravestones & Monuments Pack (£149, or £99 as an add-on with the Phase 2 Site Pack), and the Heritage Lime Repointing Pack (£149, or £99 as an add-on with the Phase 2 Site Pack). Prices are the final amounts. You raise an invoice on the Get invoice page and pay by bank transfer within 14 days, quoting the invoice number. We email the ZIP file(s) when funds have cleared. The current versions are Phase 1 Toolkit V1.3, Phase 2 Site Pack V1.3 and Fire Damage Site Pack V1.3. The current Heritage Lime Repointing Pack is V1.0. It is reviewed in-house only; it is not reviewed or approved by a conservator, lime producer or supplier, planning authority or heritage body. Named lime products are trade marks of their owners and are cited for identification only. The current Heritage Gravestones & Monuments Pack is V1.0. It is reviewed in-house only; it is not reviewed or approved by a conservator, memorial mason accreditation body, laser protection adviser, the CWGC, burial authority, church authority, planning authority or heritage body. The current Heritage Graffiti Removal Pack is V1.0. It is reviewed in-house only; it is not reviewed or approved by a conservator, laser protection adviser, police force, planning authority or heritage body. The Fire Damage Site Pack is reviewed in-house only; it is not reviewed or approved by a conservator, engineer, loss adjuster or insurer, and it is not insurance or claims advice.

Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. If you ask us to supply the files straight away and tick the box confirming that you understand you lose that right once we send you the files, the right to cancel ends when we send them. If you do not tick the box, we will send the files after the 14 days. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including if the files are faulty or not as described.

Licence

Copyright © 2026 Rory J Dench, trading as Natural Stone Craft. All rights reserved. The buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, print, edit and adapt the documents within the purchasing organisation (one business entity, including its employees and site teams) for its own operations, and to share completed or adapted documents with its own clients, principal contractors, insurers and regulators as part of its work. The buyer must not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload to shared template libraries, or pass the blank templates to other businesses. Dealers, trainers or anyone wanting to supply the pack to others must contact [email protected] for a separate licence.

Not a substitute for your own assessments

These templates are a starting point. They are not a substitute for your own suitable and sufficient risk assessment, your own competent laser safety adviser (LPA) and conservator, the laser manufacturer's instructions (which take precedence), or any listed building, scheduled monument or other consent the work needs. You, as the employer or self-employed person, remain the duty holder under health and safety law. Adapt every template to your site, plant, materials and people, and check current law and guidance before use. Not legal advice.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this pack is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business, contracts or revenue, or for indirect or consequential loss. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts and you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the place where you live.
